Thane boy Pradyumn Mane, Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer at Physics Mindboggler (PM) has won the 'Best Start-up Award' on World SME Day-2023 in Delhi. Instituted by the World Association for Small & Medium Enterprises (WASME), the highly prestigious award is supported by the Ministry of MSME, NASSCOM, and The Economic Times. Pradyumn received the award in Delhi at the hands of Dr. Sanjiv Layek, Executive Secretary of WASME and Ms. Anshu Anand, Business Mentor at Startup India.
World SME Day 2023, held under the theme "Survival, Expansion, and Internationalization of Indian MSMEs enroute AMRITKAAL 2047", commenced with great enthusiasm and highlighted the crucial role of MSMEs in the Indian economy at Scope Convention Complex, New Delhi. The event was organized by the World Association for Small & Medium Enterprises (WASME), a globally recognized nonprofit organization with United Nations consultative and observer status.
Fascinated by the beauty of Physics in class 10th, Pradyumn started exploring its wonders and sharing them with the world through his blog named 'Physics Mindboggler (PM)'. The humble blog transformed into an impact-making social venture in his 3rd year of B.Tech. Engineering Physics at Bennett University. Pradyumn's startup 'Physics Mindboggler' is leading a mission to Inspire young minds towards science and connect Research with Entrepreneurship, since 2016. PM is supported by Bennett Hatchery, an on-campus incubator at Bennett University, a Times Group initiative.
Pradyumn firmly believes that scientific research is the foundation of economic growth, and we are committed to fostering a culture of curiosity and imagination to stimulate scientific and economic development. Hence, they aspire to take scientific research beyond papers and textbooks by linking it to entrepreneurship, creating a pipeline of innovative solutions for real-world challenges.
Pradyumn himself is a teenage author of two books titled 'Journey through the Dark Monster' and 'The World of Particles'. The former is a primer on general relativity and black holes and the latter unravels the recipe to build our universe. His research work has also been selected and published in renowned International Conferences and Journals. Pradyumn has also received Bennett University ''Chancellor's Medal for Innovation and Entrepreneurship' at the hands of the Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh. Fully aware that all work and no play make Jack a dull boy, Pradyumn is also a Second Dan Black Belt in Karate Budokan International and won numerous medals at State, National, and International levels
